Introducing Attorney Bethany E. Babbitt, Esq
Attorney Bethany E. Babbitt is a partner at Klein & Babbitt, LLC. She practices family law and residential and commercial real estate law. She works extensively in mediation and collaborative divorce models as well as litigation. She is passionate about how mediation and collaborative divorce may be the best fit for some families and allow them to have a better relationship moving forward. She has skillfully negotiated hundreds of agreements for families going through difficult family matters. Bethany also has extensive litigation experience which gives depth to all of her practice areas.
Attorney Babbitt has an extremely active real estate practice. The act of buying or selling a property can be stressful, confusing and emotional. Attorney Babbitt has given many seminars on various real estate law subjects, including the ever changing laws and Federal and State Law requirements as well as contract formation and navigating through a short sale. She has also given seminars on how divorce affects a real estate closing. She is a member of the Connecticut Bar Association and the Hartford Bar Association.
Attorney Babbitt earned her J.D. in 2002 from the University of Connecticut School of Law and her B.A. from the University of Connecticut in 1999. She is licensed to practice in the Connecticut State Courts and US District Court, for the District of Connecticut. Since 2009, Attorney Babbitt has served on the Board of Directors for the Manchester Early Learning Center.
